So what I had envisioned for this app seems to involve so much more of what I do not understand. One thing that I particularly struggle with is the implementation of a local-first storage solution in a web app. There seems to be multiple solutions but it seems that the most performant of these involves the use of something called OPFS. Man... starting something new is always daunting because you really don't know what you should know, or what trials you are to face to reach your goal. Though I think my goalto have fun learning as much as it is to have another cool project under my belt. It kinda saddens me that I could just vibe this out but learning is also fun to do so why naurt.
also here are some things that I think is important to add/fix to my website:
- getting a way to display markdown tables (cause i was reading through my posts and this one didn't have its table rendered correctly. idek if links work correctly when rendered from md)
- homepage project list should have a button thats centered at the bottom for viewing all posts
- blog post lists should be incrementally expandable
- search page for things would be cool i think... im not really sure but i'll implement it anyway
- blog posts should have buttons at the end that link to previous/next post
- maybe a 'backtotop' button thing (for particularly long pages)
- images for websites
- mobile view for things
